11.10 Mutual Aid Agreements and Other Agreements
- Each institution
shall establish written mutual aid agreements with their respective
local law enforcement agencies to ensure that cooperative working
relationships are developed and maintained for the mutual benefit of
all concerned parties in accordance with institutional policies.
Any established mutual aid agreements shall be in accordance with
Chapter 28E of the Code of Iowa.
- Memoranda of
Understanding as well as other agreements may be established as
deemed necessary.
