Regent Merit System of Personnel Administration
A. The Regents govern
the Regent Merit System pursuant to Iowa Code § 8A.413.
B. The Merit System shall
apply to all employees of the Regent institutions except the following: All presidents, deans, directors, teachers,
professional and scientific personnel, and student employees under the jurisdiction of the
Board of Regents, State of Iowa. The Board of Regents, State of Iowa, shall
adopt rules and regulations for the Regent Merit System as provided by law. |
