Deferred Compensation and Tax Sheltered Annuities Program Each Regent institution, including the Board
Office, is authorized to implement a deferred compensation program and a tax sheltered
annuity program pursuant to state and federal law. Contributions
to such programs shall be provided only from employee contributions, unless otherwise
authorized by the Board.
