Special Assignment, Institutional Heads The Board of Regents may, in its discretion, place an
institutional head on special assignment for up to one semester with
full pay and benefits. An
institutional head who has served in that capacity for the Board of
Regents for at least five years is eligible to apply for such an
assignment. The assignment
may be for the purpose of advanced study, for research, for creative
work, and for other worthwhile projects. Such assignment must be requested in writing to the Board of
Regents with a copy to the Executive Director and will be placed on the
agenda for formal Board approval. |
